We started Fortified because we were sick of "barber supply" stores that sold random hair creams, nail polish and hair dye with a few clippers stuffed in the corner.
We're barbers. We wanted to create a barber supply store built by barbers, for barbers — nothing else. And we know firsthand how expensive it is just to get started in this trade, so we built Fortified to make good gear accessible from day one.

Fortified Barber Supply started with a frustration every barber knows — trying to find real barber gear online, and ending up on a "salon supply" site that's 90% nail polish, hair dye, and beauty products, with a handful of clippers buried somewhere on page three.
We're barbers. We wanted a store that actually understood what we needed — not a general beauty retailer treating barbering as an afterthought.
