Standard shipping is by sea and included in your purchase price. Total time from order to delivery is approximately 25-35 days (production + sea freight).
Need it faster? Air freight is available on request. Production takes around 7 days, plus 5-10 days shipping — roughly 12-17 days total. Air freight costs more than standard sea shipping.
To request air freight, add a note at checkout in the order notes section below letting us know you'd like faster shipping. We'll reach out after your order to confirm the air freight cost and arrange it with you directly.
Manufacturing
This chair is made to order — production begins once your order is placed, not pulled from existing warehouse stock. This means every chair is freshly built specifically for you, but it also means production time is built into your total delivery window (see Shipping Info above).
Because these are made-to-order items, please double check your colour and finish selection before completing your order, as changes can't be made once production has started.
Return policy
Due to the size and weight of our barber chairs, we're unable to accept returns on this product. Please review all product details, dimensions, and colour options carefully before ordering. If your chair arrives faulty or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll sort it out.
